  Over 5 mins waiting between order and paying ... and still waiting. Have they heard of using the waiting by. We are all trapped. Just tried again. 10 min wait on fries. Everything else cold. No apology.

  So bad. 15 people waiting for orders. I was 2nd in the queue. After 6 minutes wait I went to the loo. When I came back; the one and only order taker was still getting it wrong.

  I needed a break from driving when l reached Ballan and Macca's was perfect. The staff were very helpful and service was good.

  Wasn't given the free Coke glasses with the Big Macs unless we asked for them and then the girl serving us was very hesitant in giving them to us.Bad service!..me thinks they are keeping them for themselves.
